Tucked in Seabrook’s quiet Madison Lane neighborhood, Seascape is a peaceful escape with plenty of room for families to spread out and reconnect. The home comfortably sleeps 7 and offers the best of both worlds—steps from town, but surrounded by forest views and quiet trails.

Walk to everything! Seabrook’s shops, restaurants, City Hall, walking paths, and playgrounds are just 5 minutes away, and the beach is a 10-minute stroll from the front door.
Outdoor Space
Relax on the front porch with your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ for dinner. Enjoy peaceful greenbelt views from the covered second-floor balcony from the backyard. Down below, the backyard connects directly to Seabrook’s wooded trail system.
Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals at home. Enjoy dinner (or game night) around the dining table with seating for seven.
Coffee
Enjoy coffee making with options including a French press and a drip coffee maker. Coffee beans and a grinder are provided.

Seabrook is a walkable, bike-friendly beach town—most guests park once and explore the rest on foot. The town center, beach trails, parks, shops, and restaurants are all steps out of the front door of Seascape.
Location Note:
Seascape is nestled into one of Madison Lane’s wooded slopes. The front entry sits about one flight down from street level, offering added privacy and tranquil forest views from the covered balcony.
DAMAGE PROTECTION & GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure that each guest is a great fit for our home and to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process facilitated by our trusted third-party partner, Truvi.
Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected.

A much-needed place to get away from it all and focus on the family
We had a wonderful stay here with our family, including three young children and grandparents. The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to the town center and beach, making it convenient to explore the area. The house was well-equipped for families, and the selection of games and puzzles was a big hit with our oldest child. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to other families visiting the area.
