About the property
The Sea Wolf was born from the way we think vacations should feel, big groups, all ages, everyone together. From the rooftop Eagle's Nest to the cedar sauna and 7-person hot tub, this is a home built for gathering. Five bedrooms. Sleeps 14. Ten-minute walk to town and beach.
The Eagle's Nest:
Follow the spiral staircase to the fourth floor and step into the most memorable room in Seabrook. The Eagle's Nest is a glass belvedere perched above the rooftops with views of the coastal forest and the Pacific in the distance. Morning coffee up here, before anyone else is awake, is worth the trip alone. It's also the best seat in the house for sunsets, storm watching, and the kind of quiet that's hard to find when you've got 14 people under one roof.
Living & Gathering:
The main floor is where your group will end up. An open-concept layout connects the chef's kitchen, dining area, living room, beverage bar, and game space, all flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room centers around a unique indoor-outdoor fireplace with a Samsung Frame TV that displays art when it's off and disappears into the wall, you'd think it was a painting until someone turns on a movie.
The beverage bar features a high-end dual-zone Jenn-Air beverage fridge, surrounded by board games and a game table for five, perfect for late-night cards, puzzles, or a glass of wine after the kids go down.
The massive wraparound porch is covered and accessible through multiple sliding doors, a true extension of the living space. An outdoor dining table seats 6, ten Adirondack chairs line the railing, and the outdoor side of the indoor-outdoor fireplace anchors it all. It's the kind of spot where an hour disappears without anyone checking the time.
The Kitchen:
This isn't a rental kitchen, it's a kitchen you'd actually want to cook in. Built-in Jenn-Air appliances, ample counter space, and an open layout designed for the meal where everyone ends up helping. The dining table comfortably seats 8, expands to 10 with one leaf, and with both leaves you can pull two chairs over from the game table for 12. The island seats 4. The game table seats 5 more. You won't need to eat in shifts.
Start mornings at the coffee bar: a Moccamaster drip brewer, a Keurig, and a Breville burr grinder, the entire setup hand-calibrated by a master coffee roaster. Beans, sugar, creamer, tea, and all the essentials are stocked. Two dishwashers, a microwave drawer, and a dedicated freezer with ice maker keep the logistics invisible.
The Theater & Arcade:
Downstairs is built for rainy days and movie nights. A 98" Smart TV with Apple TV and Sonos 5.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound delivers a genuine cinematic experience, no exaggeration. HDMI connections make it easy to plug in any device you bring. The queen sleeper sectional means someone will inevitably fall asleep mid-movie and just stay the night down here.
The lower level also has a 4-player DreamArcade cabinet; not a novelty, a serious arcade, plus a basketball game and enough entertainment to keep every age group busy without a screen. Apple TV is connected to both the theater and the living room Frame TV upstairs.
Outdoor Living:
Step off the porch and into the kind of evening you came here for. The front yard has a propane fire bowl ringed by six Adirondack chairs, ideal for s'mores, drinks, or just watching the light change. Downstairs, the 6-person cedar sauna is ready for post-hike recovery, and the 7-person hot tub is perfect for evenings under the stars.
A Weber grill handles dinner outside. Mountain biking trails start right outside the door, and the dedicated bike cleaning station off the garage means you can ride hard and clean up before tracking anything inside.
Sleeping:
The Sea Wolf sleeps up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Upper Level:
Primary suite: king bed, private ensuite with walk-in shower, private deck with seating for two
Second bedroom: king bed (shares full bathroom with bunk room)
Bunk room: double twin bunks + trundle (sleeps 5)
Lower Level:
King bedroom
Twin bedroom with trundle (sleeps 3)
Shared full bathroom
Bathrooms:
Upper: Private ensuite (walk-in shower) + shared full bath (bathtub)
Main floor: Full bathroom with walk-in shower
Lower: Full shared bathroom
For Families:
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, booster seat, kids' dishes, and board games are all here. For the comfort and well-being of every guest.
**The Sea Wolf is a pet-free home, keeping the space pristine and allergy-free for families with sensitivities.
Parking & EV Charging:
Pull into the private 2-car garage or use the two additional spaces behind it. Street parking is also available out front, plenty of room for a multi-car group trip.
The garage doubles as secure, dry gear storage, rare in Seabrook. Traveling with bikes, surfboards, scooters, and beach gear for 14 people? It all locks up safely overnight. A dedicated bike cleaning station is right outside the garage door. A covered breezeway connects the garage to the front door, so loading and unloading on a rainy day is painless.
Guests with electric vehicles can charge overnight using the Tesla EV charger in the garage (adapter available for non-Tesla EVs). A second full-size fridge in the garage gives you overflow storage for groceries, drinks, and beach snacks.
Laundry:
Full washer and dryer on the main floor.
Our Story:
The Sea Wolf is named after the Alpental Wolf Pack, three families, six parents, nine kids, bound together during Covid by a shared love of exploring the mountains, being on the water, and making great food. Every room in this house was designed with that crew in mind: space for all ages, places to gather and places to spread out, and the kind of amenities that make you cancel your dinner reservation because staying in is better.
We built it for the group trip you've been trying to plan. The reunion that keeps getting pushed. The birthday that deserves more than a restaurant. Bring everyone. There's room.
Seabrook Community:
Seabrook is a walkable coastal village on Washington's Olympic Peninsula — part beach town, part mountain basecamp, entirely unhurried. The Sea Wolf is a 10-minute walk to the town center and the beach, with no car needed once you arrive.
Dining & Drinks:
Nine restaurants ranging from wood-fired pizza to craft cocktails and fresh seafood. Multiple coffee shops.
Shopping:
Thirteen shops with clothing, home goods, a bookstore, and a toy store.
Groceries:
Fresh Foods Market is a full-service grocery store right in town.
Getting Around:
Seabrook's free town taxi means you never need to move your car.
Outdoor Recreation:
Seabrook was built around being outside. Within walking distance:
Pickleball, tennis, badminton, and bocce courts
Basketball courts and horseshoe pits
Two playgrounds, shuffleboard, cornhole, and ping pong
Parks and green spaces throughout the community
The Gnome Trail — a kid favorite
A children's zip line
**Bring your own gear for sports courts.
Beyond Seabrook:
Pristine Pacific beaches for surfing, skim boarding, kite flying, and beachcombing
Seasonal razor clam digging
Hiking and mountain biking trails through old-growth forest
Whale watching from shore or by boat
Olympic National Park: 35 miles away — one of the best day trips in the Pacific Northwest

Home was close to everything, very family friendly, enough room for everyone Host was very fast at communicating. Beautiful home
Seawolf was a beautiful stay from start to finish. The hot tub and sauna were amazing, and the downstairs setup with the arcade game and TV is gorgeous. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are stunning. As a brand new property, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully done. One detail I loved: the kitchen is stocked with so many serving pieces and place settings that you can feed everyone without having to stop and do dishes first. That made a real difference with a family. Seabrook itself is lovely. There is plenty to do, the town is welcoming, and the cute little main street is full of adorable shops. We had an awesome time and would happily come back.
