Surrounded by towering trees and natural landscaping, this cozy cottage invites you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy coastal living at a gentler pace.
The Cottage:
Inside, vaulted ceilings, shiplap walls, and large windows fill the home with natural light. The cozy living room features an electric fireplace and 34” Smart TV, creating the perfect space for slow mornings, rainy afternoons, or relaxing after a day exploring.
Kitchen & Dining:
The open-concept kitchen and dining area is fully stocked with everything you need for family meals, trail lunches, or cozy dinners at home. The dining table seats four comfortably, making it just as perfect for game night as it is for morning coffee.
Coffee Bar:
Mornings are covered with a full coffee bar set up. Enjoy drip coffee with a grinder and beans provided, plus a Nespresso machine with starter pods, creamer, and sugar. If you’re a Nespresso lover, we highly recommend bringing extra pods because you’ll want more than a few.
Games, Books + Indoor Fun:
Rainy day? You're covered. The cottage is stocked with kids' books, board games, and activities so there's something to reach for when the weather invites you to slow down and stay in. Feel free to take a book & leave a book!
Outdoor Living & Hot Tub:
The private backyard patio is where Cake by the Ocean truly shines. Slip into the hot tub after a day on the trails, sip wine around the propane fire table, or fire up the BBQ for an easy dinner under the trees. The covered front porch offers another peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee while listening to the sounds of the forest wake up around you.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The private queen bedroom is tucked quietly at the back of the cottage with hotel-quality bedding and direct outdoor access to the hot tub patio. Built-in twin bunk beds in the hallway provide additional sleeping space for kids or extra guests. The cottage comfortably sleeps four and is ideal for couples, solo getaways, small families, or a weekend with your favorite person.
Bathroom:
The full bathroom includes a bidet toilet and is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

Larissa’s place, Cake by the Ocean, was a wonderful stay. We booked the night before our arrival, and she was accommodating. She even recommended the Gnome Trail for my son, which ended up being a fun activity for us all. The house was spotless, welcoming, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location. Take a short walk to play bocce ball, or stop by Bigfoot Waffles for coffee and breakfast. You are right next to the town as well. We would happily stay here again!
Cake by the ocean is a great little airbnb in seabrook! The space is just like the pictures and great for a couple or small family. We brought our dog and she had a great time! The bed was comfortable and the airbnb had everything we needed for a little weekend getaway. The kitchen was stocked well enough, there were more than enough beach and bath towels, and there’s a washer/dryer if you need to wash your swimsuits or sandy clothes! The only downside is the Airbnb is a little far from town (about 15-20 min walk) but we rented bikes at a place next door and that was an easy and fun way to get to town and back. It also seems like they’re currently working on the Fernwood neighborhood and adding more amenities there so maybe in a year or so there will be even less need to go into the main town for everything. As long as you’re comfortable walking or biking, then I would definitely suggest staying here!
My three daughters and I had a great relaxing stay for our girls weekend. Would definitely come back.
