Location:
Tucked into Seabrook’s Fernwood Station neighborhood, Cake by the Ocean sits beside Fernwood Station Park and the Pacific Edge Adventures hub, giving you effortless access to hiking trails, biking paths, outdoor games, and the best of Seabrook. Surrounded by towering trees and natural landscaping, this cozy cottage invites you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy coastal living at a gentler pace.

The Cottage:
Inside, vaulted ceilings, shiplap walls, and large windows fill the home with natural light. The cozy living room features an electric fireplace and 34” Smart TV, creating the perfect space for slow mornings, rainy afternoons, or relaxing after a day exploring.

Kitchen & Dining:
The open-concept kitchen and dining area is fully stocked with everything you need for family meals, trail lunches, or cozy dinners at home. The dining table seats four comfortably, making it just as perfect for game night as it is for morning coffee.

Coffee Bar:
Mornings are covered with a full coffee bar set up. Enjoy drip coffee with a grinder and beans provided, plus a Nespresso machine with starter pods, creamer, and sugar. If you’re a Nespresso lover, we highly recommend bringing extra pods because you’ll want more than a few.

Games, Books + Indoor Fun:
Rainy day? You're covered. The cottage is stocked with kids' books, board games, and activities so there's something to reach for when the weather invites you to slow down and stay in. Feel free to take a book & leave a book!

Outdoor Living & Hot Tub:
The private backyard patio is where Cake by the Ocean truly shines. Slip into the hot tub after a day on the trails, sip wine around the propane fire table, or fire up the BBQ for an easy dinner under the trees. The covered front porch offers another peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee while listening to the sounds of the forest wake up around you.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The private queen bedroom is tucked quietly at the back of the cottage with hotel-quality bedding and direct outdoor access to the hot tub patio. Built-in twin bunk beds in the hallway provide additional sleeping space for kids or extra guests. The cottage comfortably sleeps four and is ideal for couples, solo getaways, small families, or a weekend with your favorite person.

Bathroom:
The full bathroom includes a bidet toilet and is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

Adventure at Your Doorstep:
Fernwood Station is Seabrook’s gateway to outdoor adventure. Seabrook’s extensive trail network, including favorites like Highway-1-o-FUN and WHOA NELLIE, starts just steps from the cottage and winds through the forest all the way to the beach.
Right next door, Pacific Edge Adventures offers Trek bike and e-bike rentals, surf gear, paddleboards, skim pond activities, guided clam digs, ghost forest tours, kids camps, and more. The ocean is just a short bike ride away, while Town Center shops and restaurants are about a 20-minute walk through Seabrook’s beautiful parks and trails.

Fernwood Station:
The neighborhood courtyard is right outside your door with bocce ball, cornhole, ping pong tables, picnic seating, and fire pits glowing under string lights at night. Seasonal summer food trucks and the iconic Sasquatch statue make Fernwood Station one of Seabrook’s most fun and welcoming gathering spaces.

Dogs Always Welcome!
Your pups are part of the adventure here. We provide kennels, waterproof blankets, and sheets to help them feel right at home. The backyard offers a safe outdoor space, and Seabrook’s dog-friendly trails, off-leash dog park, and miles of beach make this an ideal getaway for pet lovers.

Whether you’re here for trail rides, beach days, cozy nights by the fire, or quiet mornings in the trees, Cake by the Ocean is designed for slowing down, reconnecting, and making memories along the Washington coast.

You will have access to the entire home of Cake by the Ocean in the Seabrook community. Check in instructions will be sent the day prior to your reservation. You will get a unique code to access the home with our keyless entry.

**We do not offer access to Seabrook's Pools/Gym and we will not charge a resort fee. Please book directly with Seabrook Rentals to utilize the swimming pools.
