Location
The Nook is nestled in Seabrook's Fernwood Station neighborhood, tucked at the edge of the forest and surrounded by natural landscaping, community seating areas, and outdoor games. The cottage sits directly adjacent to Fernwood Station Park, Spoke Café, and the Basecamp/Pacific Edge Adventures hub, giving you an effortless connection to the trails, the outdoors, and everything Seabrook has to offer. Town Center with shops and restaurants is approximately a 20-minute walk away.

Outdoor Space
The backyard is designed for easy outdoor gathering, with four chairs around the propane fire table and four chairs around the outdoor dining table, giving everyone a comfortable place to sit together. Fire up the BBQ for dinner, then gather around the fire table to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The covered front porch offers an additional spot to enjoy your morning coffee, while Seabrook’s nearby trail network makes it easy to explore the forest, head toward Town Center, or continue all the way to the beach.

Kitchen & Dining
The open-concept layout connects the kitchen and dining area, making it easy to cook, gather, and spend time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats four and is a cozy spot for breakfast, family dinners, or a game night after a day of adventure.

Coffee & Tea Bar
Start your mornings with everything you need for a cozy cup of coffee or tea. The Nook provides a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, and both coffee beans and grounds. Sugar and creamer packets are also provided, along with a tea maker and essentials for tea lovers.
Living Room
Vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a skylight fill the living room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting space to unwind. Curl up on the couch and enjoy the ambiance of the RW Flame fireplace while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the 55” Roku Smart TV.

Primary Bedroom
The queen bedroom is tucked privately in the back of the cottage, offering a peaceful retreat with comfortable hotel-style bedding. It's a cozy place to settle in after a day spent exploring Seabrook, with a quiet atmosphere designed for a restful night's sleep.

Bunk Beds
Built-in twin bunk beds are tucked into the hallway, making them a great option for kids or additional guests. The bunk area adds a fun, cozy sleeping space while keeping everyone close together. The Nook is a comfortable choice for a small family, couples' getaway, or a relaxing trip to the coast.

Bathroom
The full bathroom features a bathtub and is stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay, including towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.

Laundry
A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use during your stay, located in the primary bedroom.

Family Friendly
The Nook is designed with families in mind. A baby gate is provided to help create a little extra peace of mind for families traveling with young children. Built-in bunk beds, a comfortable living space, and a selection of games, puzzles, and books give everyone plenty to enjoy during downtime. With easy access to Seabrook’s trails and outdoor activities, The Nook makes a great home base for a family coastal getaway.

Pet Policy
The Nook is not a dog-friendly home, and pets are not permitted during guest stays. We appreciate your understanding and ask that guests leave their pets at home.
